Purposeful, determined and focused on making progress. Often contributes direction, momentum and action.
What outcome are we working towards?Improve the way work gets done. Insights Discovery helps people recognise their preferences, appreciate different perspectives and adapt how they communicate and work together.
At Ideas & Update, we connect that awareness to the conversations, leadership behaviours and team challenges that matter in your organisation.
A colleague wants to move quickly. Another needs more information. A manager thinks they are being clear, while a team member feels dismissed. The difficulty is not always a lack of competence. Sometimes people bring different preferences and assumptions to the same situation.
One person may value decisive action while another wants time to examine the facts and risks. Instead of treating either response as resistance, a team can agree what information is essential and when a decision needs to be made.
How do different decision preferences show up in your team?Insights Discovery is a psychometric development tool based on the work of psychologist Carl Jung. It uses four colour energies to help people explore preferred ways of thinking, communicating and interacting. The Insights Discovery Personal Profile offers an individual starting point for recognising strengths, potential blind spots and practical opportunities to connect more effectively.
